***this is just a draft idea which i thought about yesterday =D

-Date: probably during February, hopefully on the day of Friendship Day!

-Theme: "A message...from me to you" (in tune with Friendship Day =p)

-Programme:
Before each performance, the MC will read out a short message written by the performer himself/herself. (to express your gratitude to your friends etc etc)

1) Performance by our own members
To make the whole event more interesting, I would like to include other performance (vocal + piano, piano+violin, piano+guitar, piano duet/trio etc) I know many of you know how to play other instruments, so you can find other members to collaborate with you =) For the beginners, no worries! If you have no confidence in solo performance, you can find other members to play a duet piece with you =D I WANT ALL TO PARTICIPATE THIS TIME!!!

2) Selected performances chosen from the J1 & J2 cohorts
To attract more people to watch our concert, we can probably hold a competition? in which we select the top 3 most inspiring/touching messages/ written by the J1s & J2s to perform in our concert.

3) Guest performance
We can invite Guitar Ensemble/teachers to perform!

***During this holiday, please confirm your solo/duet/trio piece with me ASAP! Please find some time to practise with your partner!

Updates on CCA Records

Dear all JC2s,
Ms lim have replied me and she said that she have updated all our cca records into the school cockpit system today. So very soon, you all will be receiving your new cca record. Do not worry(: we have got everything sort out.

Anyway this is for catherine and yinghui:
To prevent this situation from happening again next year, Ms lim have kindly reminded me to inform you all that you need to fill up the "NYJC CCA Involvement Form" everytime after an event is successfully carried out. This form can be found in litespeed, under workbin, titled NYJC CCA Involvement form. Follow the instructions on the form, and fill up the soft copy and send it to Ms lim after every event. I know you all are having alot of events in this term, so do not forget to do this procedure after the completion of each event, lest the events are not recorded in the school system.
